Who: All members or prospective members of the Peardale Farm Community Garden (must complete membership application to participate)


We will be reviewing our new non-profit documents and nominating individuals to be on the board of directors for the garden. This is a requirement of becoming a non-profit corporation. Please think about whether you might be interested in joining the board and taking primary responsibility for some aspect of the garden.

v. Ratification (and possible amendents) of the Bylaws. 

  1. (Proposed amendments to the Bylaws may be made in writing by any Member at least 10 days prior to the Initial Members Meeting.)


vi. Election of Officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer) and three to five additional Directors. 

  1. (Nominations for the Officers and three to five additional Directors may be made by any Member prior to, or at, the Initial Members Meeting.)

  2. Incorporator will act as chairperson of the Initial Members Meeting and may appoint an acting Secretary of the Initial Members Meeting. Upon election of a President, Incorporator will resign.
